Treasury Banking Relationship Lead

A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a Treasury Banking Relationship Lead to join its Global Treasury team. This highly visible position will be responsible for managing key banking relationships, developing treasury banking strategy, and driving reporting, analytics, and governance initiatives across a global banking network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage relationships with global banking partners
• Develop and enhance banking relationship governance frameworks
• Evaluate banking partner performance, capabilities, and strategic alignment
• Oversee banking negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics across balances, fees, rates, and service utilization
• Develop scorecards and key performance indicators for banking partners
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury reporting and analytics processes
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business leaders
• Lead resolution of banking service issues and operational escalations
• Support financing initiatives, credit facilities, and liquidity management strategies

Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Bank Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of banking products and treasury services
• Experience managing relationships with financial institutions and banking providers
• Background in reporting, analytics, data management, or process improvement initiatives
• Experience conducting bank reviews, governance activities, and performance assessments
