The Treasury & ALM & Balance Sheet Strategy Manager is a key finance leader responsible for overseeing the credit union’s treasury function while providing enterprise-wide financial analysis and strategic insight. This role leads balance sheet strategy, liquidity management, and asset-liability oversight, while delivering advanced modeling and analytics to support executive decision-making. As a people leader and strategic advisor, this role partners closely with the CFO and executive team to evaluate business decisions, optimize financial performance, and guide the organization through changing economic and market conditions in a $2.5B–$3B credit union environment.
