Treasury & FP&A Analyst

North Houston area oil field services company has an outstanding opportunity open for a Treasury & FP&A Analyst. This is a direct hire position and is also a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.

Treasury and cash management duties including monitoring daily cash activity and supporting cash management process, prepare and distribute daily cash position reports, assist with month-end close including cash related journal entries and account reconciliations. Cash forecasting and cash flow projections, analyze cash trends, forecast variances, and working capital drivers.
FP&A duties include preparing financial analysis, reports and dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting.. Analyze operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variances,, and assist with financial modeling and forecasting activities as needed.

This is a junior role and we are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in treasury or FP&A. Great opportunity for someone to learn and grow their career in treasury and FP&A!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a treasury, financial analyst, or FP&A role
- Advanced Excel skills

Salary range is $60-70K plus outstanding benefits!
