The Treasury Management & Merchant Services Intern is responsible for working in a rotational experience supporting both Treasury Management and Merchant Services. You will contribute to meaningful projects, support client-facing initiatives, analyze business challenges, and participate in the implementation of payment and treasury solutions for businesses across Nicolet''s footprint. You will gain exposure to sales, relationship management, payments technology, commercial banking, and operational processes while developing valuable business, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Active student working towards a degree in business, sales, finance, or economics.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client and Bank information with professionalism.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information and support decision-making.
Ability to work with data, perform basic financial and quantitative analysis, and identify trends, opportunities, and solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Interest in banking, commercial payments, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, working capital solutions, and emerging payment technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, bankers, and internal partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on assignments.
Self-motivated learner with curiosity and a desire to gain exposure to sales, relationship management, payments technology, and commercial banking.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
