The client is seeking a Treasury Management Officer (BDO) for the Milwaukee, WI market. This role focuses on business development, consultative sales, and relationship management with commercial clients, with an emphasis on driving revenue growth through a strategic market approach. Key responsibilities include achieving new sales targets and portfolio revenue objectives, partnering with lenders and other parties to identify and build opportunities for treasury management solutions, and enhancing the sales process through industry trend analysis, product innovation, and consultative relationship reviews. The role also involves executing a market-based sales plan, meeting annual performance metrics related to new business sales, call expectations, and retention of strategic client relationships, growing non-interest income, maintaining accurate pipeline management, representing treasury management in internal and external settings, and building brand awareness. The client is looking for candidates with a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and five or more years of proven treasury management sales experience. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM) certification is preferred, along with demonstrated ability to drive deposits, experience managing a territory, strong product knowledge and innovation in treasury management, and the ability to understand and quantify potential credit and operational risk exposure.
