The client is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to be based in the Oklahoma City, OK market. In this role, you will help drive business development, consultative sales, and relationship management for commercial clients, with a focus on achieving sales and revenue objectives. You will represent Treasury Management in internal and external settings and contribute to building brand awareness while performing other duties as assigned. Key responsibilities include achieving new sales targets and portfolio revenue growth goals, partnering with lenders and other stakeholders to identify and build opportunities, and using industry trend analysis and consultative relationship reviews to influence and enrich the sales process. You will execute a strategic market-based sales plan targeting both prospects and existing customers, manage a pipeline with accuracy, grow non-interest income, and work toward annual performance metrics covering new business sales, call expectations, and retention of strategic client relationships. Candidates will typically have a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). The role is expected to be suited for individuals with five or more years of proven treasury management sales experience, along with a demonstrated ability to drive deposits. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM) certification is preferred, and you should also bring experience with territory management, strong product knowledge and product innovation, and the ability to understand credit and operational risk sufficiently to quantify potential exposure, supported by knowledge of market and industry trends and relevant industry or vertical market expertise.
