Position is remote and Incumbent should reside within the market area of support: Greater Kansas City, MO, Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK area.

This position will require travel to these locations as needed.

Availability is needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

Job Title: TMPS International Regional Sales Advisor

The Treasury Management & Payment Solutions (TMPS) International Regional Sales Advisor drives and supports sales for all international banking products within a designated bank region. This includes Standby and Commercial letters of credit, Documentary Collections, and Foreign Exchange (FX) advisory services. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade agreements and banking related issues, along with overseeing regional business development, requiring up to 75% regional travel. TMPS encompasses traditional business Treasury Management, International services, Merchant Acquiring, and Card Payment solutions.

What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Drive Sales Growth: Execute sales strategies for international products (Standby and Commercial letters of credit, Documentary Collections, and FX advisory services) to achieve revenue goals within an assigned portfolio of banks.

  • Client-Focused Sales: Utilize a client-focused banking approach, including pipeline development, pre-call plans, and working capital analysis.

  • Manage Robust Sales Pipeline: Maintain a strong sales funnel with proper stage progression to meet annual sales targets and foster Center of Influence (COI) pipeline growth.

  • Cultivate Key Relationships & Networks: Drive increased sales and market presence by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with associates through networking and relationship management.

  • Client Portfolio & Profitability: Manage existing high-touch client portfolios, focusing on profitability, trends, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities. Proactively manage a portfolio of high-value clients to enhance profitability, analyze market trends, and identify new revenue streams.

  • End-to-End Sales Process: Independently manage the entire sales cycle process from initial relationship cultivation, nurturing leads, closing deals and onboarding new clients.

  • Training & Market Promotion: Conduct regional team meetings, deliver international product training, and promote Arvest Bank's international products, services, and capabilities.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Market Awareness: Stay current with international trade regulations, industry trends, and global political and cultural conditions.

  • Data-Driven Portfolio Insights: Regularly review portfolio, and analyze reports providing meaningful insights and accurate client information.

  • Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer, client, and/or account activity.

Responsibilities:

Toolbox for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, accounting, finance, international economics, or equivalent related work experience.

  • 5 years in international sales of financial products, consulting, or services. Or 5 years in accounting at an international company.

  • Internal Certification: CFB 4 Foundations completion or ability to complete within 6 months of hire.

  • Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, and/or French.

  • Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) publications UCP600, ISP98, and current compliance regulations.

  • Knowledge of foreign exchange, international letters of credit, foreign collections, and international funds transfer.

  • Knowledge of Export Import (Ex-Im) Bank and Small Business Administration (SBA) Export support programs.

  • Previous experience with banking systems.

Physical Demands:
