The Treasury Management Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the Bank's Treasury Management sales strategy, overseeing Treasury Management Advisors. - Lead and develop TM Advisors and Sales Support staff- Set performance expectations tied to deposits, fee income, and cross-sell- Coach team on pipeline management and consultative sellingSales Strategy Execution
- Execute Treasury Management sales strategy- Manage pipeline across new and existing clients- Drive consultative, value-based client conversationsCommercial Banking Partnership
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities- Execute joint calling and improve treasury attach ratesClient Engagement & Growth
- Drive deposit and fee income growth- Maintain key client relationships- Participate in strategic client discussionsProduct & Solution Leadership

Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, and training.This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
