Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analysts to join our Treasury Management Support team. To learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area.

  • Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables.

  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or Merchant Services sales support experience.

  • Strong knowledge in pricing analysis, cost/benefit modeling, and development of customized sales proposals for complex client needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to support large or complex implementations.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple pricing and financial variables.

  • Ability to navigate and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within a regulated financial environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency.


Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence at the required location listed below in a hybrid work schedule.

  • Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
