Summary


The purpose of Treasury Management Support is to assist the bank’s commercial clients in meeting their financial obligations, i.e., paying employees, suppliers, lenders, and shareholders. Additional commitments include fraud monitoring, risk management, cash flow monitoring, electronic banking, training, and ongoing support. The Treasury Management Support team works intimately with Treasury Sales Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Commercial Lenders to accomplish these goals.


The Treasury Management Support Specialist I is a part of a fast-paced work atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional client service to the bank’s treasury clients. The team is responsible for the setup and maintenance of all treasury management products and services and providing support to the entire portfolio of the organization’s treasury clients. The ability to communicate and maintain client relationships is paramount to the position.


Responsibilities


+ Responsible for daily support of treasury management products including remote deposit capture, ACH, wire transfers, positive pay and electronic banking.

+ Display a working knowledge of all treasury management products.

+ Responsible for the implementation of treasury management products which includes initial set up of a service and training the client.

+ Provide ongoing white-glove support of all treasury management products.

+ Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries and problems of a moderately complex and technical nature received via phone call, email, or web chat.

+ Participate in communications regarding product enhancements or changes benefiting or affecting the client.

+ Assist with yearly treasury management product audits.

+ Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.

+ Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).

+ Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

+ Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.

+ Other specified duties as assigned.


Compensation & Benefits


The Treasury Management Support Specialist I position pay range is $26.44 - $28.85

Education & Experience


+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

+ 2+ years client service experience required.

+ Knowledge of MS Office and Webex.

+ Prior Treasury Management or Business Banking experience preferred.


Physical Requirements


The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required.
