Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a Treasury Management System Implementation SME.
Overview:
The Treasury Management System Implementation SME will configure and implement treasury management systems to meet client business requirements. They must be able to think creatively to design solutions that align with client treasury processes, and they are heavily involved in configuring the system, building out workflows, and validating that the configuration meets specifications. Configurations must be tested prior to being deployed and then re-tested throughout each phase of the implementation. Requirements are gathered directly from clients through workshops, interviews, and documentation review, so strong client-facing and communication skills are beneficial in this position.
The Treasury Management System Implementation SME may also create configuration documentation, functional design specifications, and training materials to support the client through go-live and beyond. Issues identified during testing phases should be researched, resolved, and tracked through to closure. These SMEs perform many tasks independently, but it's also important that they work well with cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, to successfully deliver implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, coordinating, and reviewing all requirements and design decisions associated with the treasury system implementation
- Working independently on complex or escalated configuration issues
- Proactively suggesting ways of improving the design to support system stability, scalability, and long-term performance
- Leading configuration and testing efforts to resolve complex functional issues
- Ensuring the integrity of client data throughout migration, testing, and cutover
- Support project implementation work, including configuration, testing, and go-live activities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on GTreasury implementation experience, with a focus on configuring the treasury management system to meet client requirements
- An excellent grasp of the SaaS product implementation lifecycle, including experience with each phase of a typical SaaS TMS implementation: requirements gathering, blueprinting and design, configuration, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance/volume testing (PVT), production cutover, and go-live
- An excellent grasp of Ripple Treasury/GTreasury core capabilities, along with excellent, hands-on knowledge of in-system configuration: building out workflows, rules, and settings within the platform to reflect client-specific requirements
- Solid understanding of general treasury functional areas such as cash management, liquidity and forecasting, working capital management, bank account management, entity management, positioning, and payments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
