JOB DESCRIPTION
The Treasury Manager will oversee the management of cash flows, optimize investment strategies, identify and mitigate financial risks, manage corporate debt, maintain banking relationships, prepare financial reports, insurance program support and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred
7+ years of accounting and/or treasury experience
Relevant certifications
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls related to treasury operations
Skilled in the use of ERP systems and data visualization tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is a plus
Financial reporting, variance analysis and audit preparation abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills
Effective decision-making skills
Leadership and team development capabilities
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
