Summary


The Treasury Operations Lead supports commercial and treasury clients while leading Treasury Support Specialists, providing daily guidance, training, and oversight. This role handles complex, high-risk activities and requires strong knowledge of Treasury products and systems.


The Lead partners with Treasury Account Managers and Commercial Lenders to assist with account openings, maintenance, and client servicing, ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time while supporting team workload. This role also collaborates with leadership on process improvements, procedural updates, and department initiatives to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality Treasury services.


Responsibilities


+ Provides oversight for the support of cash management and treasury services products.

+ Responsible for coordinating the implementation and installation of treasury products with business clients using available staff resources.

+ Coordinates testing for system upgrades and enhancements; reports findings to product managers.

+ Communicates to the commercial customers regarding new product functionality, enhancements, or changes to the products, benefiting or affecting the customer.

+ Serves as the Treasury subject matter expert and leads the Support team, providing training, overseeing daily operations, and acting as the primary contact for questions, escalations, and complex issues.

+ Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.

+ Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

+ Other specified duties as assigned.

Education & Experience


+ Associate’s degree or 3+ Years related work experience


Physical Requirements


The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required.
