Position Summary/Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury Operations & Onboarding Specialist to support the successful implementation and ongoing servicing of treasury and payment solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal partners, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate setup of services, and exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of treasury management customers, including ACH, wire, and other Treasury services
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Coordinate with our referral partners on new customers
- Gather and document customer requirements
- Manage onboarding timelines and resolve issues
Treasury Operations & Support
- Configure and maintain treasury services within our systems
- Ensure accuracy of account setups and permissions
- Support daily treasury operations and exception handling
- Help with annual ACH customer reviews
Customer Experience & Relationship Support
- Provide training and guidance to customers on treasury products
- Respond to customer inquiries
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Deposits, Compliance, Risk, and IT
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Experience and Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in treasury management, payments, or banking operations
- Working knowledge of ACH, wires, and treasury services
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AAP is a nice to have
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or computer.
- You must be able to use a computer and other office equipment (e.g., phone, printer).
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through written correspondence.
- Ability to concentrate and focus on tasks for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
