Job Title: Treasury Services Coordinator
FLSA Status: Exempt

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
General Job Summary:
Assist TM sales staff by coordinating and completing documentation required to implement new TM services; gathering documentation to open DDA's; coordinating ACH and Remote Deposit credit approval forms; daily customer service related to TM services, credit card and merchant services customer service; customer review and product research assistance.
Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support to the Director of Treasury Services
- Customer service contact for all TM and Business Credit Card Sales related needs or requests
- Assist TM Officers in preparation, maintenance and servicing of TM documentation for purposes of implementation
- Assist Business Credit Card Sales Officers in preparation, maintenance and servicing business credit card clients
- Ensure all TM services documentation is accurate and ready for implementation
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external, either verbally or in writing
- Assist TM and Business Credit Card Officers with preparing new business proposals and customer reviews
- Act as liaison between the Sales organization and its operational support team(s) to ensure products are delivered to clients as intended
- Act as a liaison between Commercial, Business Banking and Retail divisions when Sales Officers are on calls
- Works with Business Credit Card Sales Officers to report on new business, obtain approvals for new customers, manage renewals of existing facilities, and help improve process flow
Other Functions:
- Assist in organizing and attending departmental events
- Make decisions pertaining to service within limits set by the Director of Treasury Services
- Assist in new product development, including research and operational development
Working Conditions: All job functions are performed daily indoor in an office environment using various computer applications
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; College degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 year recent experience in related field or professional work experience in financial services industry
