JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Treasury Services Sales & Support Lead is responsible for growing the Bank's treasury services portfolio through proactive outside calling, coordinated sales activity, effective follow-up, and responsive customer support. The position partners with Commercial Lenders, Retail teams, and internal operations staff to identify opportunities, recommend appropriate treasury solutions, onboard new relationships, and deepen existing customer relationships. Delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales 50%
- Conduct regular outside calls with prospective and existing business customers
- Partner with Commercial Lenders, Retail leadership, and branch personnel to identify treasury services opportunities.
- Develop new business relationships and expand existing customer relationships through treasury services solutions.
- Recommend appropriate products based on customer needs, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, Merchant Services, and Business Digital Banking.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and document calling activity, opportunities, and results.
- Support deposit growth, treasury fee income, and product adoption goals.
Customer Relationship Management 30%
- Coordinate implementation and onboarding of treasury services for new and existing customers.
- Serve as primary contact for treasury services customers and assist with service-related requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure positive customer experience.
Treasury Support 20%
- Provide advanced support and serve as an escalation point for online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, account analysis, and related services.
- Investigate issues, coordinate resolution with operations, technology, product vendors, and risk partners, and keep customers informed through closure.
- Review setup requests and access documentation for completeness, accuracy, appropriate authority, and adherence to security controls.
- Maintain procedures, job aids, product knowledge, and internal training; coach front-line staff on treasury solutions and referral conversations.
- Support product testing, audits, risk reviews, and continuous process improvement.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; employee compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
Position Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience in banking , treasury management, relationship management, or a related customer facing financial services role.
- 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Ability to conduct outside sales calls and develop new business relationships.
- Working knowledge of treasury services products and business banking solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in banking , treasury management, relationship management, or a related customer facing financial services role.
- Professional treasury or payments certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or Accredited ACH Professions (AAP)
- Knowledge and experience selling or supporting Treasury Management products such as Automated Clearing House (ACH), Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Lockbox Services, and Fraud Mitigation tools (Positive Pay), Account Reconciliation Services, and Sweep Accounts.
- Experience partnering with lenders or business bankers for outside customer calling efforts.
