Pay Range: $56 - $60/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst to support the administration, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement of Wall Street Suite (WSS), a core treasury management system. The role will support accurate and seamless processing of financial and commercial transactions across North American affiliates and work closely with Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Wall Street Suite (WSS) on a daily basis.
• Research and maintain the cash, transaction, and accounting modules based on business requirements.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Partner with Treasury and Cash Management teams across affiliates in Canada and Mexico to address system and business requirements.
• Maintain and support custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Investigate and resolve application defects related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting within WSS.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and quality assurance testing.
• Support testing of WSS upgrades, patches, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, approvals, and controls to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Assist with audit preparation by providing system documentation and supporting evidence.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury system processes, procedures, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to implement system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 3 years of relevant experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, financial operations, or related technology functions; approximately 5 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Client Excel and SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Understanding of treasury functions and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new financial applications and technologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Wall Street Suite (WSS).
• Experience with SAP or other treasury/accounting systems.
• Experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with financial data analytics and reporting.
• Experience in system testing, upgrades, patches, and application enhancements.
• Experience driving process improvements and system optimization.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
