1+ year of dental experience. Dental assisting background. Experience coordinating treatment plans & financial arrangements. Comfortable presenting large treatment plans to patients. Confident discussing financial options and payment plans. WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Present & close treatment plans with confidence. Build financial arrangements that work for patients. Schedule to daily production goals — and hit them. Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience.
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU'RE ALSO:
A natural communicator (written & verbal). Experienced in sales or high-value consultations. Interested in social media & practice marketing. A self-starter who problem-solves and multitasks. Passionate about continuous learning & new technology.
