Overview:

Monarch Dental  supported by Smile Brands, we believe the patient experience starts long before treatment begins. Our Dallas team is looking for a experienced, compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Treatment Coordinator who can help patients feel confident and supported throughout their dental care journey. In this role, you’ll be the connection between patients and the clinical team — helping patients understand treatment, navigate financial options, and feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and a positive first impression
  • Build trust with patients by helping them understand recommended treatment plans and next steps
  • Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments to support both patient needs and office flow
  • Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage, estimated costs, and payment options
  • Assist patients with financing arrangements and help make treatment accessible
  • Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and continuing care opportunities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support day-to-day front office operations

 

 

 

Schedule (days/hours): Mon- Thurs 9-5pm Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options
  • Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance processes preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with dental software systems is a plus

Compensation: $20-$22/hour About:
