Treatment Coordinator

Ocean Dental Studio is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Boynton Beach, FL. Our modern, state-of-the-art practice is known for providing comprehensive dental care with advanced technology and a patient-focused approach.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. Compensation: $23-30 per hour, based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience (required)

• Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients

• Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and AR management

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
