Treatment Coordinator

Mondovi Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Dental Front Office professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing high call volumes, and has strong experience with PPO insurance, accounts receivable, and patient financial discussions.

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients, ensuring understanding and acceptance
• Verify PPO dental insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates
• Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and support collections efforts
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Collaborate with clinical and office teams to support patient care and office flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office procedures

• Recent dental front office experience required
• Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance, billing, and claims processes
• Experience with A/R, collections, and patient financial conversations
• Proven ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume office environment
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
