About the Role:
Cantor and Ziegler Orthodontics in Carlisle, PA is looking for a motivated and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their team! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face that guides patients and families through their orthodontic journey — from the initial consultation to the start of treatment. Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with new patients and families, explaining treatment options and financial arrangements
• Present and review treatment plans recommended by the orthodontist in a clear and approachable manner
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case starts to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Utilize iTero digital scans, 3D models, X-rays and photos to show treatment benefits
• Manage financial consultations, including insurance verification and payment plan discussions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the practice management software
• Manage the lead pipeline by tracking incomplete consultations and pending contracts
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to optimize patient flow
• Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions and encourage case acceptance
• Pay is dependent on experience 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare patient-facing role preferred
• Proficiency in Dolphin, Ortho2 or similar practice management systems preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-centered approach
• Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
• Familiarity with dental/orthodontic practice management software is a plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance processes and treatment financing options
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping patients
