Treatment Coordinator

Allied Dental Associates of Choctaw is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals. This position plays a key role in presenting treatment plans, reviewing financial options, supporting case acceptance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans
• Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements
• Coordinate patient scheduling
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Posting insurance payments
• Support front office workflow and patient communication

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental office experience
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
