Graff Orthodontics is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently conduct direct sales and help patients move forward with their treatment plans. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients. - Monday - Friday (4 1/2 days a week) 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure alignment with referring dentists
- Foster relationships with every new patient, as well as referring dentists
- Tracking all new patients and following up with pending patients
- Maintain a certain conversion rate (75-85%)
- Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance and submitting pre-estimates
- Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance at all times
- Assist in the collection of payments
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Scan with Itero for every new patient (new patient records)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic office, preferably with treatment coordinating
- 2 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with insurance processes and writing contracts
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
