Mentor Smiles | Mentor, OH | Treatment Coordinator
Mentor Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while helping guide patients through their treatment plans and financial options.

Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Present treatment plans and clearly explain procedures to patients
- Review insurance coverage and provide cost estimates
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-up visits
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and assist with billing and payment collection
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients on pending treatment
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes is a plus
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
