    • Explaining surgical expectations, financial responsibilities, and next steps

    • Helping patients understand insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs

    • Filing medical and dental claims accurately and timely

    • Working closely with doctors, clinical staff, and referring dentists

    • Delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-moving practice

If you enjoy being the calm, confident voice patients rely on—you’ll thrive here.

    What We’re Looking For
    • At least 2 years of surgery scheduling experience

    • Strong understanding of healthcare planning and insurance processes

    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfort using Excel and Microsoft Word

    • Ability to juggle priorities in a busy clinical environment

    Work Environment
    • Modern, well-lit, climate-controlled oral surgery clinics

    • Exposure to clinical settings (blood, bodily fluids, sharps)

    • Regular travel between our Pooler, Rincon, and Savannah locations

    Position Details
    • Full-Time or Part-Time

    • Four-Day Work Week

    • 10-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Day shift only
