Treatment Coordinator – Gentle Dentist Smile Spa

Gentle Dentist Smile Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, coordinating care, and being an important part of the day-to-day success of a dental office.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
• Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans
• Review treatment recommendations and costs with patients
• Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps
• Discuss financing and payment options when applicable
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
• Assist with scheduling and overall front-office operations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients
