    Description

    Image Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communications, and facilitating a smooth journey from the initial consultation to the completion of orthodontic treatment.

    Responsibilities

    • Guide patients through their dental/orthodontic journey by clearly presenting treatment options, benefits, and value in a confident, consultative manner
    • Drive case acceptance by effectively communicating treatment importance and helping patients feel comfortable moving forward
    • Lead financial conversations, present payment options, and help patients select plans that fit their needs
    • Build strong relationships with patients from the first interaction, creating a welcoming and trust-based experience
    • Manage patient scheduling to maximize productivity and support practice growth
    • Respond to calls, texts, and emails with a focus on converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
    • Verify insurance and simplify coverage details for patients, helping remove barriers to starting treatment
    • Maintain accurate patient records and track case progress from consultation to start
    • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient experience
    • Support internal and external marketing efforts, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient engagement initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Sales, customer service or consultative experience required (healthcare or dental is a plus, but not necessary)
    • Confident communicator with strong persuasion, relationship-building, and closing skills
    • Comfortable discussing finances and guiding customers through purchasing decisions
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (dental software experience is a bonus, not required)
    • Positive, energetic team player who thrives in a goal-driven environment
    • Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
    • Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
    • Passion for helping people and delivering an outstanding customer experience
    • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
