    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in our practice, responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Schedule surgical procedures for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

    - Coordinate with patients, doctors, and staff to schedule surgeries and appointments

    - Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns

    - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

     

    Requirements:

    - High school diploma or equivalent

    - Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting preferred

    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
