Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental office required

• 1+ years experience in Dentrix preferred

• High school or equivalent education preferred

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet guests in a welcoming manner

• Schedule appointments

• Collect payments and process insurance

• Present treatment options to patients

• Punctual, organized, multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Schedule (Rotating Schedule):

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Week 2: Monday - Thursday

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM

• Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00AM-8:00PM

• Saturday 8:00AM - 2:00PM
