Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Coordinate a variety of healthcare programs

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
