We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Treatment Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology Infusion Team and play a vital role in providing life-changing care to our patients and their families.

What You'll Do

As a Treatment RN, you will:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, biologics, and supportive infusion treatments safely and effectively
• Perform patient assessments, review laboratory results, and evaluate treatment readiness
• Monitor patients during infusions and respond to adverse reactions or complications
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, side effects, symptom management, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standard of oncology care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and protocols

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN License or Compact RN License eligible for Texas licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience in oncology infusion preferred
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification is a plus, not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
