TREE REMOVAL CREW LEADER / FOREMAN


Role Purpose


The Crew Leader is responsible for jobsite leadership, safety enforcement, crew coordination, and customer experience.


Core Responsibilities

• Lead daily job briefings, JSAs, and EAPs
• Enforce all safety rules without exception
• Assign tasks and manage workflow
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Inspect vehicles, equipment, and PPE daily
• Ensure quality workmanship and cleanup standards
• Complete daily reports and documentation
  
  

Safety Expectations

• Authority to stop work immediately
• Zero tolerance for unsafe acts
• Accountability for crew safety and behavior
  
  

Equipment & Authority

• Equipment and vehicle inspection authority
• Authorization to remove unsafe equipment from service
• Issued company phone/tablet (if applicable)
