Family-Owned Contractor Seeking Site Manager
Our client is a family-owned general contractor with nearly 50 years of success serving commercial clients throughout the Southeast. The company specializes in industrial, healthcare-related, and commercial construction projects, earning a strong reputation through repeat business, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships.
The successful applicant will oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. They will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project flow. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site, monitoring and managing budgets, material orders, and resource allocation, conducting site inspections and quality control checks, resolving any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, and preparing and submitting project reports as required.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of superintendent experience, experience managing projects ranging from approximately $2M-$10M, ground-up commercial construction experience preferred, a strong understanding of underground utilities, sitework, MEP coordination, the ability to independently manage field operations, strong communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to travel as project needs require.
