Position: Triage Coordinator Reports to: Patient Services Manager Department Medical Floor FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Summary: The Triage Coordinator is responsible for responding to patient phone calls, completing FML paperwork, completing prior authorizations for medications and tests (CT scans, MRI scans, etc.). The Triage Coordinator will complete medication refills as directed by the physician as well as order tests and/or labs as directed by the physician. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Conditions Work is performed at the main clinic: 800 N. First Street, Wausau, WI. Travel to satellite locations is required when needed. Hours of work will depend on the needs of the Clinic. Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting (30 pounds), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs is required.
