Paralegal Position in Washington

Our client is a premier legal services organization recognized for supporting complex, high-stakes litigation matters across a broad range of industries. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.

Conduct legal research and draft case summaries and correspondence.

Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.

Coordinate and schedule witness interviews, depositions, and court appearances.

Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant entities.

Review and analyze legal documents and evidence for case strategy.

Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth workflow during litigation.

Provide administrative support, including document formatting and data entry.

A successful Trial Litigation Paralegal should have:

Experience with trial preparation and litigation processes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to conduct legal research and draft professional documentation.

Proficiency in legal software and filing systems.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $135,000 annually.
