Trial Logistics Coordinator

• Coordinate logistics and schedules for trial preparations and proceedings.
• Book travel arrangements, hotel blocks and overall logistics for trial teams.
• Manage and organize trial-related documents and materials.
• Provide administrative support to legal teams during trial phases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues real time in trial.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties.
• Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for trial participants.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and deadlines.
• Support post-trial activities, including document archiving and reporting.
