Serve as director in the absence of the director. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Safe practices in classroom and playground activities. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy. Basic record-keeping techniques. Health and safety regulations. ABILITY TO: Learn child guidance principles and practices.
