Overview
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to elevate our fitness and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and personal training principles, combined with a passion for motivating clients to achieve their health goals. As the Lead Exercise Specialist, you will oversee the development and implementation of personalized workout plans, lead group fitness sessions, and ensure exceptional client service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence health and fitness outcomes while fostering a positive, energetic environment for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
 
-Conduct and be comfortable providing all service appointments and classes, and maintaining a fitness manager's schedule of at least 60% member appointments. 
 
-Management of Schedules
and Coordinating coverage for: Exercise Specialists, Class -Instructors and
Desk Attendants, Student Interns, and overall hours of operation.
 
 -Sourcing, recruiting, and co-training qualified team members. Training entails, but is not limited to:
 
-High level overview of the vision, annual and monthly goals, key services and
membership types, pricing and amenities, current programs
 
-Ensure staff are properly trained and constantly up to date on all relevant systems (membership management, scheduling, billing, reporting tools). 
 
-Review and assess key metrics in sales, revenue, retention, and cost management and review with the Clinical Directors. 
 
-Set priorities and organize fitness and wellness initiatives, communicating effectively and in time with relevant employees. All initiatives should be designed to equally support current members, engage the broader community, and drive the growth of
the division.  
  
-Coordinate sales efforts to achieve company goals.
 
-  Assist and sometimes lead marketing and PR efforts in the local community.


 - Promote existing programs and develop new programs that adhere to the company's vision/mission.

- Responsible for weekly, monthly, reports and plus monthly billing   

- Collaborative Partner involvement as needed
