JOB TITLE:
TRIO Student Success Services Advisor
JOB PURPOSE:
Design, deliver, and coordinate services to SSS-eligible UW students (first generation, low-income students and students with disabilities) to facilitate their good academic standing, persistence, and timely degree completion. Provide academic, career/major, financial, and personal support and services through one-on-one, holistic advising to mitigate the barriers to educational achievement commonly found among disadvantaged students and to promote habits and skills leading to student success.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 10-month position on a P-220 Calendar Type that is grant-funded and is considered ''at-will'' employment. The work calendar for this position starts in late July and ends in late May. We have two open positions that we will be hiring for.

WORK LOCATION:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
