About the Role

One of the most important aspects to HXP is the Trip Leaders. They can make or break a trip. As a Trip Leader Events Support at HXP, you will help plan and execute events that play a crucial role in supporting, preparing, and inspiring Trip Leaders. 

One of the huge goals of HXP events is to help each Trip Leader feel fully known and truly loved. You will play a significant role in helping accomplish this goal.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building Trip Leaders, loves event planning, is creative, and has extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute the following events:
  

• • Wave Jams
    

  • Friendsgiving
    

  • Openers Dinner
    

  • X-Team Kickoff
    

  • Sorting Day
    

  • Married Trip Leaders Trainings
    

  • Trip Leader Training
    

  • Diner en Blanc
    

• Contribute to Trip Leader Team wide responsibilities:
  

• • Trip Leader applicant screening
    

  • Trip Leader interviews
    

  • Recruiting
    

  • Trip Leader on/offboarding
    

Qualifications

• Previous or current Trip Leader
  

• Experience with event planning
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design Management or similar field is helpful
  

• Creative
  

• Extreme attention to detail
  

• Ability to manage stress well
  

• Ability to work well with a team
  

• Extremely hard worker
