The restaurant will consist of 200 seats plus a large 40-seat bar, perfect for corporate and social travelers staying in the 180-room hotel upstairs! The restaurant will be a cozy and upscale environment filled with dark woods and oil paintings of the bucolic countryside. The Ralph Lauren-inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents! A Triple Crown Cocktail Server will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace. This candidate will have a desire to continue to learn and grow within our organization.
