Known for their disciplined approach to safety, quality, and execution, they operate with a lean structure that empowers individuals to take ownership and drive results on-site.Job DescriptionAs the Superintendent / SSHO / QCM, you will report into senior project leadership and take full responsibility for site execution, compliance, and quality assurance on active projects.Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specificationAct as the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), enforcing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with federal and project-specific requirementsLead all quality control activities as Quality Control Manager (QCM), including inspections, documentation, and auditsCoordinate subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveryMaintain project schedules and proactively address risks and delaysManage site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and quality recordsServe as the main on-site point of contact for project execution and complianceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
