What you’ll do
- Answer phone and email inquiries to place parts orders, verify order status, and guide purchasing decisions for marine electronics.
- Provide practical technical advice and clear product information.
- Accurately enter orders and document conversations in the computer system.
- Deliver courteous, professional service that strengthens customer relationships.
- Achieve departmental goals and performance objectives.
Schedule and pay
- Day shift, Monday–Friday.
- Flexible shift within 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Optional Saturday overtime or extended days during peak season.
- $20.00/hour.
- Full-time, long-term, contract-to-hire pathway.
