OneSource Staffing is currently hiring for a skilled Truck Cap Paint & Restoration Technician for a well-established company in Milton, PA. If you have experience in automotive painting, refinishing, and surface preparation, this could be the opportunity for you!
Job Details
- Duties: Painting, Finishing & Surface Preparation
- Location: Milton, PA
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Overtime Potential Available

Job Responsibilities
- Perform paint preparation, sanding, buffing, base coat application, and clear coating
- Operate HVLP paint sprayers and related equipment
- Complete refinishing work while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Stand and work on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of auto body painting and repair experience preferred
- Experience with automotive refinishing and surface preparation
- Experience using HVLP paint sprayers required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- Background check and drug screening required (at no cost to you)
