Inventory & Truck Operations Coordinator (Part-Time Early Morning)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily truck orders and inventory flow in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday
- 4:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Approximately 30 hours per week
Pay Range
- $15.50–$16.50 entry with some BOH experience
- $16.50–$17.50 solid, dependable, some inventory/order experience
- $17.50–$18.50 highly organized, proven ordering/inventory ownership
Key Responsibilities:
- Place accurate daily truck orders based on business needs
- Receive and unload deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize, rotate, and properly store all products (FIFO)
- Maintain clean, stocked, and well-organized storage areas
- Track inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies
- Work directly with truck vendors to ensure accurate and complete deliveries
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding product needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented (meticulous is a must)
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Experience with inventory, ordering, or back-of-house operations preferred
This role is critical to daily operations and requires someone who takes ownership, works efficiently, and ensures the team is fully stocked and set up for success each day.
