Truck & Dishes Team Member (Early Morning Shift)

This specific role is a behind-the-scenes focused on early morning operations, helping set the restaurant up for success each day through truck delivery and kitchen support.

Position Type

• Full-Time and Part-Time
• 5:15am – 2:00pm shift

Responsibilities

• Unload and organize truck deliveries with accuracy and urgency
• Stock inventory in walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas
• Maintain clean and organized back-of-house spaces
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support the kitchen team as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Must be able to work early morning hours consistently
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and hard-working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
