Job Purpose:
- The Truck Driver at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various destinations. The role involves operating CDL vehicles, ensuring timely delivery schedules, and maintaining the condition of the vehicle. The driver must adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies to ensure a high standard of safety and service. This is an overnight position and wage depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Deliver goods on schedule, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Maintain the vehicle's condition by performing regular inspections and reporting any issues.
- Follow DOT regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
- Keep accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel to coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies at all times.

Sign-on Bonus - $2,000 to $5,000

Required Education:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) appropriate for vehicle type.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Ability to drive overnight.

Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience as a CDL truck driver preferred.

- Strong navigation and route-planning abilities.

- Good communication skills.
- Reliability, responsibility, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
