Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers Wanted – Paid Training & Career Advancement

Ready to put your new CDL to work? We are currently hiring recent CDL school graduates who are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable driving experience with a company that invests in new drivers from day one.

Start Strong With Paid Training

Breaking into the trucking industry can be challenging without experience, which is why we provide a structured over-the-road training program designed specifically for new Class A CDL holders.

During your first four weeks, you'll ride with an experienced trainer, learn real-world driving skills, and earn $650 - $900 per week (depending on location) while gaining the confidence needed to succeed on your own.

No home time during training. Just for your first 30 days. However some dedicated and local positions offer more frequent home time during training. Plan on staying out for 30 days, only during your intial training.

Currently we are "not" hiring in HI AK CT ND SD NH and in Florida imagine a line going from Tampa Bay over to the cape. We can not hire below that line in Florida.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Class A CDL
• Have a current DOT medical card
• Be a graduate of an accredited CDL training program with at least 120 hours of instruction completed within the last 24 months
• Successfully pass all required DOT drug screenings (urine or hair), background checks, and employment verification
• Provide driving records including accidents within the past 5 years and moving violations within the past 3 years

Your Career After Training

Once training is completed, you'll take off 2-5 days to unwind, then you'll meet with management to discuss available driving opportunities and select the position that best matches your goals.

Most openings involve over-the-road freight with home time every 10 to 14 days. Depending on business needs and location, regional opportunities offering more frequent home time may also be available. Local positions are typically offered in larger city's.

Multiple Driving Opportunities Available

We currently have 23 driver openings across several freight divisions, including:

• Dry Van
• Refrigerated Freight
• Flatbed

Drivers interested in flatbed hauling can take advantage of our free 5-day flatbed certification program.

Our fleet consists primarily of late-model Freightliner tractors, with many equipped with automatic transmissions for added comfort and convenience.

Excellent Pay Potential

Following successful completion of training, drivers commonly earn between $1,200 and $1,600+ per week depending on freight division, route assignment, and miles driven.

Easy Hiring Process

Transportation to orientation is provided by bus, or mileage reimbursement is available for those who choose to drive. Meals are provided during orientation.
