- Safely transport products to dealer and customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload products in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Represent Northern National Trucking in a professional manner at all times.
- Respond appropriately to unexpected situations and delivery challenges.
QualificationsRequired· Valid Class A CDL· Valid DOT Medical Card· Clean driving record· Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions· Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening· Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements are required for this position and must be obtained within 90 days of hire.· Strong customer service and communication skills· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred· Commercial driving experience preferred· Experience hauling agricultural or manufacturing products preferredCompetitive Benefits Package· 401(k)· Health Insurance· Dental Insurance· Vision Insurance· Company-Paid Life Insurance· Paid Time Off (PTO)· Total Rewards Incentive Program - with the ability to earn an additional amount up to $5,000 annually· Overnight compensation includes meal reimbursement when applicable.· Safety Glasses Reimbursement· Safety Boot ReimbursementCompensationThis position is paid hourly, with a pay range of $25–$31 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and endorsements.
